

3 eggs
1/2 cup non-fat milk
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
8 slices cinnamon bread
Beat eggs with milk, sour cream and cinnamon sugar. Dip bread slices in egg and sauté them in a buttered skillet until they are golden brown. Turn and brown the other side. Serve warm with syrup, honey or cinnamon sugar. Serves 4.
