

1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons crushed rosemary
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
In the large bowl of an electric mixer, beat together all the ingredients until nicely blended, about 1 minute. Divide batter between 6-oiled popover tins and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes, or until tops are a deep golden brown. Yields 6 popovers.
