

6 Pita breads, separated into halves
1/2 cup pitted black olives
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Place pita halves on a 12x16-inch baking pan. Finely grind next 6 ingredients in a food processor. Spread a thin layer of olive mixture on each pita, cut each pita into 6 wedges and bake at 350° for 5 minutes, or until pitas are crisped. Great to serve with eggplant dip or with soups or salads.
