Vanilla Cream Sauce:
You can make a delicious dessert sauce by allowing frozen vanilla non-fat yogurt or vanilla ice milk to partially melt in the refrigerator. Using as little as 2 tablespoons will enrich a dessert. It tastes much like partially whipped cream but with little or no fat. Remove the frozen yogurt or ice milk from the freezer and place in the refrigerator about 10 minutes before serving.
