Baked Bananas with Orange & Walnuts (126), 229

3 bananas, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 sprinkles cinnamon, nutmeg and ground cloves

2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts

In a 10-inch round porcelain baker, lay banana slices. Drizzle with orange juice and sprinkle with zest, brown sugar and spices. Bake at 400-degrees for 5 minutes, sprinkle with walnuts, and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature (not hot or cold). For a really glamorous touch, spoon 1 tablespoon of half-and-half around each serving. Serves 4.
