

2 cups hot espresso coffee (freshly brewed
or made from instant granules)
2 tablespoons sugar (or a little more to taste)
2 tablespoons Kahlua coffee-flavored liqueur
1/2 cup low-fat milk
Stir sugar into hot coffee until sugar is dissolved.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Place mixture in an ice cream maker
and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Serves
4.
