

(Method for Fresh Fruit
Tart)
This very low-calorie tart will surprise you
as it looks and tastes just as good as its roly-poly cousin. It
can be made with any number of fresh fruits...peaches, apricots,
nectarines, raspberries. Use a complimentary fruit spread to glaze.
1 10-inch Crisp Cookie Crust
4 tablespoons strawberry fruit spread, heated until liquefied,
for glazing
2 pints fresh strawberries, stemmed and sliced
Baste bottom of crust with 1/2 the fruit spread
and arrange sliced strawberries attractively on top. Brush strawberries
with remaining fruit spread. Serves 10.
