

You will enjoy serving this punch with dessert. It is a grand choice for a backyard picnic.
8 cups strong coffee, chilled
1 1/2 cups milk
sugar to taste (about 3 to 4 tablespoons)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup Kahlua liqueur
24 coffee ice cubes*
1/2 gallon mocha ice cream
1 cup cream, whipped
Combine coffee, milk, sugar and vanilla and refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour mixture into a punch bowl and stir in brandy, Kahlua and coffee ice. Float ice cream and whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered instant coffee. Yields about 24 (4 ounce) servings.
*To Make Coffee Ice:
Fill ice cube trays with freshly brewed coffee and freeze until
firm. Remove from freezer at serving time.
