Twist
Holiday Egg Nog
with Brandy & Kahlua
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons sugar
3 egg whites
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream, whipped
1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup Kahlua liqueur
Beat yolks with sugar until thick and creamy.
Beat whites with sugar until stiff. Fold together and stir in
the remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with a dash of nutmeg.
Serves 6.
