2 cups dry white wine
2 tablespoons Créme de Cassis liqueur
4 strips of lemon peel
8 ice cubes
In a glass pitcher, stir together white wine
and liqueur. To serve, divide mixture between 4 glasses. Add 2
ice cubes and a twist of lemon peel to each glass. Yields 4 (4
ounce) servings.
