Las Margaritas Mejicana
(Lime Margaritas)
Coarse Kosher Salt
1 egg white
1 cup lime juice
1 cup tequila
1/4 cup triple sec
2 cups ice chips
Rub the rims of 8 stemmed glasses with lime
juice and dip rims into coarse salt. Set aside. Place the remaining
ingredients in a blender container and blend until foamy. Pour
into prepared glasses. Decorate with a thin wedge of lime. Yields
about 8 ( 4 ounce) servings.
