

Coarse Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon egg white
1 cup grapefruit juice
1 cup tequila
1/4 cup triple sec
2 cups ice chips
Rub the rims of 8 stemmed cocktail glasses with grapefruit juice and dip into coarse salt. Set aside. Place the remaining ingredients in a blender container and blend until foamy. Pour into prepared glasses. Decorate with a thin wedge of grapefruit. Yields about 8 servings.
