Drinks with a New
Twist
Hot Mexican Chocolate
with Cinnamon
4 cups milk
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons sugar
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
4 teaspoons Créme de Cacao liqueur (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan
and simmer mixture for 2 or 3 minutes. Serve with a dollop of
sweetened whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Serves 6.
