French Raisin Toast with Cinnamon & Orange Honey

3 eggs
1 cup half and half or milk
3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

8 slices raisin bread

Beat eggs with cream or milk, cinnamon sugar and vanilla until eggs are light, about 1 minute.

Dip bread slices into egg mixture and let it soak up the egg. In a buttered skillet or griddle, cook the bread slices until golden brown. Turn and brown other side. Keep warm in a low oven until all the bread is sautéed. Serve warm with Orange Honey. Serves 4.

Orange Honey:
1 cup honey
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate

In a saucepan, heat together all the ingredients until they are well blended.
