
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cram
3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
8 slices cinnamon bread
Beat eggs with milk, sour cream and cinnamon sugar. Dip bread slices in egg and sauté them in a skillet with a small amount of butter until they are golden brown. Turn and brown other side. Serve warm with maple syrup, honey or cinnamon sugar. A dot of strawberry jam and sour cram is good, too. Serves 4.
