Fresh Tomato Salsa with Corn & Chiles

Adding corn to fresh salsa is a nice touch. Serve this with scrambled eggs, roast chicken, raw vegetables or corn chips.

3 medium tomatoes (about 1 pound), finely chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
4 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
nta1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
salt and white pepper to taste

In a large bowl, stir together all the ingredients, cover bowl and refrigerate for several hours. Yields about 3 1/2 cups.
