
2 3/4 cups almond meal (from the health
food stores)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Combine all the ingredients and stir until blended. Drop batter by the teaspoonful on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350° or until lightly browned. Immediately remove cookies to a brown paper bag to cool. Yields about 48 cookies.
