Cookie Crust:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups butter (2 1/2 sticks)
1 egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Sprinkle with a little sifted powdered sugar. Yields 48, 1 1/2-inch squares.
