
1 cup butter
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
Beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in flour, cornstarch and orange peel until blended. Shape dough into a ball, wrap and refrigerate for several hours. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes, or until cookie is firm. Allow to cool and then roll in sifted powdered sugar. Yields about 4 dozen cookies.
