
1 wheel of Brie (8-inch circle) weighing about 2 pounds.
Remove the outer rind of mold from the top. Place Brie in an 8-inch
round quiche dish or porcelain baker.
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Mark the top of the Brie into 4 wedges. Cover alternate wedges with almonds and leave alternate wedges unfilled. Pace Brie in a 350° oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until Brie is soft. Cover unfilled wedges with sliced strawberries. Serve at once with small toast points or pale soda crackers.
