In a saucepan or brass Greek coffee brewer, bring to a boil 3 cups water, 8 cubes sugar and 10 teaspoons pulverized ground coffee. Stir briskly and remove from heat. Wait for a few seconds to allow coffee grounds to settle and pour into demitasse cups. Yields 8 servings.
