
1/2 pound cream cheese
4 tablespoons finely minced green onions (Use only the tops.)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (or a little more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 pound crabmeat, picked over for bones, and shredded
Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add green onions, lemon juice & dill and beat until blended. Mix in the crabmeat. Serve with thin slices of black bread or French bread. Spread on toast points or thin slices of French bread.
