
1 small head cabbage (about 1 pound), shredded
1 cup chopped green onions
Dressing:
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
1/3 cup mayonaisse
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon celery seed
salt to taste
Place cabbage and green onions in a large bowl. Stir together dressing ingredients. About 1 hour before serving, toss dressing with the cabbage. Cover bowl and refrigerate salad until ready to serve. Serves 6.
