

Sample Recipe: Country-Style Noodle Pudding with Orange, Raisins & Pineapple What a delectable pudding to serve with roast chicken on Sunday night when the whole family gets together. Invite a few friends for this recipe serves 12.
1 package (8 ounces) medium noodles (cooked according to the directions on the package.)
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple. Do not drain.
1/2 orange, grated. Use fruit, juice and peel.
1 cup yellow raisins
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugarIn a 9x13-inch pan, toss together cooked noodles with melted butter until blended.
Beat together eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla and salt until blended. Stir in pineapple, orange and yellow raisins. Pour mixture evenly over the noodles and ease noodles so that the filling flows to the bottom. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar.
Bake in a 350x oven for 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve warm. Serves 10 to 12.
